Pie with cauliflower and cheese

  • cauliflower - 700 grams
  • red onion - 1 Each

1. Peel onions.Grate the cheese.Chop the rosemary and basil.Preheat oven to 175 degrees.Chop the cauliflower to medium flowers.Add to the pan with a teaspoon of salt, cover with water and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.Drain and discard in a colander, let stand a few minutes to the water glass, and cabbage to cool.2.
