Green sauce

Ingredients:
  • cream - 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • - 2 tbsp.tablespoons finely
  • grated lemon peel - 1 tsp

  • green onion - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1 tbsp.Spoon

  • mustard - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • and more to taste - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • and more to taste - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Raw vegetables, such as carrots,radishes, asparagus, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes - - To taste

Mix in a bowl of green onions, parsley and dill.Add sour cream, buttermilk, lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard and mix all ingredients.Season with salt and pepper.If needed, add more salt and pepper to taste.Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for 15 minutes (or refrigerate overnight).Cut the carrots, radishes, asparagus, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes and strips.Serve chilled sauce with sliced ​​vegetables.
