Bolognese sauce

Ingredients:
  • Onions - 2 pieces (large, finely chop)
  • Ground beef - 1 kg
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Canned tomatoes - 500 grams
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • spoons Salt and pepper - - To taste
instructions

In a deep skillet heat the oil.Add the onion, bay leaf and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.Add mince and cook stirring until beef is ready (about 5 minutes).Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste.Mix well and cook, covered, for 10 minutes on low heat.The sauce is ready.Bon Appetit.
