Profiteroles with chocolate sauce

  • water - 1 cup
  • unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • flour - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3-4 pieces (large)
  • vanilla ice cream - 450 Gram
  • heavy cream - 3/4 cup (chocolate sauce)

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and pave two baking trays with parchment paper.In a heavy-bottomed saucepan bring the water, butter, sugar and salt to a boil over medium heat, stirring to melt the butter completely.Add the flour and continue to stir.2.
