Donuts with jam

Ingredients:
  • milk - 250 ml
  • powdered sugar - 50 grams
  • vanilla sugar - 10 grams
  • flour - 500 grams
  • butter - 50 grams
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • yeast -20 grams
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • jam - 100 grams
instructions

Mix warm milk, 50 g caster sugar and 10 g vanilla sugar.Separately, put in a bowl: 500 g of flour, 50 g of butter, 2 eggs, 20 g yeast and one pinch of salt.Start kneading on slow speed, pouring the milk mixture in a thin stream.Continue to knead for 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and evenly mixed.Cover the bowl and leave in a warm place to rise for 2 hours.Then rasskatat dough 1 cm thick. Cut into circles of 7 cm in diameter. Put jam in the middle of a donut, and the blind.BLIND donuts, cover and leave to rise for about an hour.Fry the donuts until until golden brown on both sides.Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
