Gingerbread cookies with white chocolate

Ingredients:
  • flour - 2 3/4 cups
  • soda - 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • - 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • - 1 1/4 teaspoons ground
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • - 1/4 teaspoon
  • butter - 20 Art.spoons
  • light brown sugar - 1 1/4 cups
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • large egg yolk - 1 Each
  • vanilla extract - 1 1/4 teaspoons molasses
  • - 1/3 cup white chocolate
  • - 300 grams (coarsely chopped)

Instructions Preheat oven to 175 degrees.Shots shape for baking parchment paper and drizzle with oil.Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and spices.An electric mixer beat the butter and brown sugar on high speed.Add eggs and yolks, whisking after each addition.Add the vanilla and molasses.Reduce speed and gradually add flour mixture.Add white chocolate.Pour batter into prepared pan.Bake until golden brown around the edges, about 25 minutes.Give cool completely on a wire rack in the form.Cut into 48 squares.Gingerbread can be stored in an airtight container for 1 week.
