Fried dumplings

Ingredients:
  • flour - 2 cups (dough)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup (dough)
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.spoon (the dough)
  • baking powder - 2 1/4 teaspoons (dough)
  • salt - 1 1/4 teaspoons (dough)
  • ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons (dough)
  • eggs - 2 pieces (test)
  • milk - 3/4 cup (dough)
  • vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons (dough)
  • melted butter - 2 tbsp.spoon (the dough)
  • apple - 2 pieces (dough)
  • powdered sugar - 2-3 pinches (dough)
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/2 cups (glaze)
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon (glaze)
  • vanilla - 1/4 teaspoon (glaze)
  • milk - 1/4 cup (glaze)
instructions

1. Apple peel and cut into cubes.In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, then add the milk, melted butter and vanilla.3. Carefully add the flour mixture into the mass and mix together until uniform.Do not stir too long.4. Add apple slices and stir.5. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.When it gets hot, drop a little dough in the pan.If it is just hiss and rise, the oil is r

eady.If the dough is quickly burnt, reduce heat.6. Spoon the batter into the hot oil, 6-8 pieces at a time.Fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes in all.7. Remove from the pan and dry on paper towel.Good pieces sprinkled with powdered sugar.Prepare the glaze.To this mix all ingredients together.Warm pieces of dough dipped in glaze.Serve warm.The dessert may be heated on the following day in the oven at 175 degrees for 8 minutes.
