Chocolate Ganache

  • chopped dark chocolate - 9 Gram
  • heavy cream - 1 cup dark rum
  • - 1 tbsp.Spoon

Put the chocolate in a bowl.Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.Only boil, watching very carefully, because if the cream will boil for a few seconds, they will run away from the pan.When the cream will begin to boil, add the chopped chocolate and whisk until smooth.Add rum if desired.Give Ganache cool slightly before pouring on the cake.First, pour the glaze in the center of the cake, spread evenly to the edges.For fluffy frosting or chocolate filling, let it cool until thick, then whisk whisk until light and fluffy mass.
