Coconut pudding with caramel sauce

Ingredients:
  • gelatin - 3 tbsp.spoon
  • Porter - 1 cup
  • ale - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • almond extract - 1 teaspoon grated coconut
  • - 3 cups heavy cream
  • - 3 cups
  • coconut - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
instructions

Pour gelatin 1/2 cup water and let stand for about 5 minutes.Sprinkle with oil pan.Bring mixture to a boil two drinks in a large saucepan over medium heat.Add the gelatin mixture and sugar and cook, stirring, until gelatin and sugar is completely dissolved.Remove from heat and let cool slightly.Add almond extract and grated coconut, add the whipped cream.Share pudding prepared mold and put in the refrigerator, from 2 to 3 hours.Remove the pudding from the mold onto a plate and sprinkle with coconut.Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve.
