- tea with chamomile - 3 pieces (bags)
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Ina medium saucepan mix the tea bags, sugar and vanilla with 4 cups of water.Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.Add nectarines and cook for 2 minutes.Put in a bowl of nectarines.Clear nectarine, collecting eye-catching juice in a bowl.Return nectarine and juice in a saucepan and cook another 10 minutes.Put fruit on a plate.Using a skimmer, remove the tea bags, and the pod.Increase the heat and cook until the liquid turns into a thick syrup, about 15 minutes.Share nectarine on a plate, pour the syrup and serve.
