Melon with orange sauce

  • orange juice - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup ginger
  • - 15 grams
  • Cointreau - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • honey melon - 1 pieces (cut in half)
  • Canary melon - 1 pieces (cut in half)
  • melon - 1 Thing (sliced)

Fill a large bowl with ice and water, and set aside.Add orange juice, sugar and ginger in a small saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat.Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens, about 15 minutes.Remove from heat, pour the syrup into a bowl, add the Cointreau and mix.Place the bowl in a bowl with ice or in the refrigerator until cool.Using special knives of various sizes, cut beads honey and the Canary melon.Put the balls into a bowl, add 1/2 cup cold syrup and orange zest.Stir.Before serving, put the melon slices on a plate.Top with melon balls.Drizzle with syrup and garnish with mint.Serve with orange biscuits, melon balls and the remaining syrup.
