Salad with squid and corn

  • Squids - 500 grams
  • Bulb - 1 Each
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Rice - 50 grams
  • Canned corn - 200 grams
  • Chives - -The taste
  • Mayonnaise - 100 milliliters
  • Sol - - To taste

We begin with the preparation of squid.Squid first doused with boiling water and remove from them the upper skin, then wash out thoroughly in cold water.Put the squid in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes after boiling.It is important to not digest squid, otherwise they will be rubber.Then we shall cut strips of boiled squid.Onions clean and cut into half rings.In a frying pan warm up butter, fry the onion until transparent, then add the squid, stir and fry together for another 2-3 minutes.Boil hard boiled eggs, cut into small cubes and add to the onions and squid.My cucumbers, diced (if cucumbers old - need to remove thick hard skin) and add to the already chopped salad ingredients.Next in lettuce leav
