Cake Cream

  • sour cream - 1 cup
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • spoons of honey - 2 tablespoons.spoon
  • mineral water - 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
  • - 500 grams
  • gelatin - 8 grams
  • lemon juice and zest - 1 Each

cream cake will please you with its extremely delicate taste.Preparation: Pour the gelatin with cold boiled water and let swell.Then, pour the gelatin mass in the pan and heat until gelatin is completely dissolved.Do not allow to boil the mass!Mix gelatin mass with the lemon juice and strain.Wipe the curd, add lemon zest, mineral water, powdered sugar and honey.Mix all the ingredients.Add gelatin and whipped cream.Stir until smooth creamy consistency.Cut the finished cake lengthwise into 2 cakes.Put one cake on a large platter and top with cream filling.Cover the top of the second Korzh.Refrigerate at least 2 hours.Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and serve.
