Cakes with apple and spices

  • almond flour - 3 cups
  • unrefined cane sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • spoon of salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • soda - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - 1 teaspoon
  • allspice and nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
  • apples - 1 cup
  • egg - 1 Each
  • cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • grated ginger - 1 tbsp.Spoon

1. Mix the almond flour and sugar for a few minutes in a blender.Sift the mixture into a large bowl.2. Mix the flour mixture with salt, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and chopped apples.In a small bowl, mix the eggs, apple cider vinegar and grated ginger.Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture.Lightly knead the dough by hand to ensure proper distribution of ingredients.If the dough is wet, add additional amount of almond flour.3. Generate two disks of dough about 1 cm thick.Cut each circle into 8 triangles.4. Put tortillas on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake the cake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes until they are lightly browned.Do not increase the baking time, otherwise the cake will come out dry.If d
